- 1. Enjoy the convenience of receiving your laundry at your doorstep within a swift 3-day turnaround.
- 2. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your dry cleaning garments promptly, aiming for a maximum turnaround time of 5 days.
- 3. Need your garments in a hurry? Opt for our express delivery service for urgent orders, available at an additional 50% charge.
- 4. Take advantage of our complimentary pickup and delivery service for laundry orders weighing 5 kg or more – a hassle-free way to get your laundry done.
- 5. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your clothes, unforeseen circumstances may lead to potential delays. In such instances, we commit to keeping you informed and updated regarding any changes in the delivery schedule. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
- 6. We kindly ask customers to inspect their garments upon delivery.
- 7. We do not assume responsibility for color fading, running of color shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery work on garments during the processing stage.
- 8. While every attempt is made to eliminate stains, "Wow Clean" cannot be held responsible for stubborn stains that prove challenging to remove.
- 9. All items are received at the customer's own risk.
- 10. Kindly be aware that we will not be accountable for the maintenance of garments if they are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.
- 11. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing resulting from events such as fire, burglary, etc.
- 12. While we strive to provide timely pick-up and delivery services, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events may occasionally disrupt our ability to adhere to set timelines. In such instances, customers are not eligible to claim compensation, refunds, or any reduction in charges.
- 13. We shall not assume any responsibility for valuables, cash, or other items inadvertently left in articles that become mutilated or irrecoverable during the processing.
- 14. If any article or linen is damaged during processing for reasons not outlined above, the compensation for the customer will be limited to 10 times the value of the charges specified for processing, capped at INR 3000 or the lower of the two.
- 15. Wow Clean retains the right to cancel, modify, or alter the terms and conditions at any point without prior intimation or notice.
